Bernadine Squillace, age 84, of White Oak, went home to the Lord and reunited with her husband, Friday, June 11, 2021. Born January 22, 1937, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Anna (Nasta) Jeney and the beloved wife of the late Joseph J. Squillace, Sr. Bernadine found no greater joy than being a wife and mother. She was a former Stenographer at the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, in her early years. She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, and attended St. Patrick Church. Bernadine enjoyed baking and sharing her delicious creations with everyone. As Bernadine's family, it has been our privilege to be shaped by her kind spirit and to carry it on in our lives.

She is survived by her children, Corinda (Rick) Veschio of White Oak, Mark (Sandy) of Irwin, and Anthony (Shelly) of North Huntingdon; grandchildren, Joel (Lacey), Dante (Kattie), Dominique (William), Dashia (Jack), Damiano, Brandon and Jason; great-grandchildren, Denali, Havaya, and Camdyn; nieces and nephews. Bernadine was preceded in death by son, Joseph Jr.; brother, Richard Jeney; sisters, Maria Hewston, and Alice Hajduk.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 26, 2021, 11 a.m. at St. Patrick Parish.
Please join our family in celebrating Bernadine's life at a luncheon in the parish hall, immediately after Mass.
