Barbara A. Bills, age 65 of Port Vue, formerly of White Oak, died April 27, 2021, at UPMC McKeesport Hospital.  Born April 16, 1956, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Charles Blamick Jr. and Gertrude (Fullard) Blamick and wife of Theodore "Ted" Bills. Barbara used to work for the Daily News and was also a member of the Red Hat Society. She was a graduate of McKeesport High School and went on to study at Duff's Business Institute.

She taught Sunday school for many years at St. Pius Church and was also involved with many other local churches. Barbara loved being a stay at home mom watching her sons grow up. She was nice and caring to everyone she came across. In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons Ryan Blamick, Jordan (Taylor) Bills, and Jason Bills. Family and friends will be received on Friday, April 30, 2021, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 1, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
