Genevieve "Genny" E. Hoover, age 91, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Jefferson Hospital. She was a member of The Church in Sutersville. Born October 25, 1929 in Dysart, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Adeline (Lee) Ammerman and wife of the Donald D. Hoover. She is survived by daughter, Lois (Ralph) Brown of White Oak; sons, Donald M. (Madalen) Hoover of Pittsburgh and Charles Hoover of Bon Aqua, TN; grandchildren, Katie (Paul) Diamant, Abby Hoover, Donny (Peggy Sue) Hoover, Joshua (Jessika) Brown, Jeff (Alex) Hoover and Jesse Hoover; great-grandchildren, Brenden, JJ. Nathan, Hudson, Veva, Hunter, Bryce and Lochlan; sister, Marian LeGrande of Cresson; beloved dog, Mickey; also, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by grandson, Jayme Brown and sister, Alice Ammerman. Burial was in Round Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth. Offer condolences at www.bekavacfuneralhome.com.
