Ruth Ann Lewellen, age 69, of West Mifflin, died January 10, 2021, at AHN Jefferson Hospital. Born September 27, 1951, in McDonald, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Ruth (McCabe) Hast and the wife of Kenneth R. Lewellen.

Ruth retired from Leefer Chiropractic of Baldwin, where she was a secretary for many years. She graduated from Montour High School Class of 1969. After retirement, she pursued a hobby in flea marketing, most recently at Rossi's Pop Up Flea Market of North Versailles. Ruth also enjoyed crocheting and sewing.
In addition to her husband, Ruth is survived by her step-children, Amy (James) Slack of Penn Twp., Stacy (David) Cicco of Penn Twp., and Ken (Kelley) Lewellen of White Oak; grandchildren, Ashley, Amanda, Aidan, Evan, Brayden, Lilli, Giselle, River, and Landon; niece, Jennifer Hast; nephew, Jason Hast.
Along with her parents, Ruth was also preceded in death by her brother, Mick Hast; beloved Mini Pins, Skippy and Lucky.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, from 2 p.m. until the time of last leave at 3:45 p.m.
