Norma J. Geissler, age 82, of Port Vue, formerly of Christy Park, died November 12, 2020, at Jefferson Hospital. Born July 30, 1938, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Helen (Ornowski) Tatar and the wife of the late Donald Geissler.

Norma was a retired administrative assistant in the health care industry. She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish. Norma enjoyed shopping and will always be remembered for her famous "stuffed cabbage rolls." Her greatest joy was the time she spent with her family.

Norma is survived by her children, Keith M. (Debra) of Elizabeth Twp., Dawn (Ralph) Miller of Port Vue, Mark (Lori) of McKeesport, and Scott (Laura Hubbard) of Frederick, MD; grandchildren, Derek, Tara (Shawn Shiffler), Kristina (Josh Carter), Shannon (Robert) DeLoretto, Jordan (Jayme Puc), Zachary, and Gavin; great-grandchildren, Riley, Kennedy Shiffler, Leah Allen, Maggie DeLoretto, Jameson, Jett, and Kasin; sisters, Marcia (John) Bishop of McKeesport, and Janis Tatar Forsythe of New Kensington; many nieces and nephews; also great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Norma was also preceded in death by her brother, Terrence Tatar.
Arrangements were entrusted to Willig Funeral Home & Crematory.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a memorial service and inurnment on Friday, November 20, 2020, 2 p.m., at McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery Mausoleum.
