John "Jack" P. Patterson age 83 of McKeesport, died November 9, 2020 at Walden's View of North Huntingdon. Born December 6, 1936 in McKeesport he was the son of the late John H. and Esther (Burns) Patterson and the husband of the late Sara (Hurst) Patterson and first wife Laura (Bowland) Patterson.

Jack retired from U.S. Steel National Tube Works as a foreman and shipper. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp. and was a past president of the White Oak American Legion Post #701. Jack was a member of the First Evangelical Free Church in White Oak. He enjoyed spending time with his lifelong American Legion friends and playing poker, pool and bowling. Also watching his favorite team the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Jack is survived by his children, Richard (Debbie) Ingel of Delaware, Robert S. Patterson of McKeesport, Rhonda (Terry) McNamara of New York and William T. (Nikki) Patterson of Union Township; grandchildren, Ryan Patterson of Maryland, Kayla McNamara of New York and Sean McNamara of West Virginia; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was proceeded in death by both wives, Laura Bowland and Sara Hurst.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on November 16, 2020 from 10 a.m. till the time of service at 12:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment will be at a later date in Jefferson Memorial Park.
