Edward Terry “Tank” Gilmore, age 40, of Duquesne, formerly of Lincoln Borough, died July 1, 2016, at UPMC Mercy. Born September 4, 1975, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Edward Terry Gilmore and Linda (Webber) Gilmore.
Tank last worked for MPW Industries, in Dravosburg. He had a passion for motorcycles, tattoos, muscle cars and drag racing. He always had a smile on face, an infectious laugh and everyone knew when he walked into a room. Tank will truly be missed by everyone that knew him.


In addition to his mother, Tank is survived by his grandmother, Dorothy B. (Kuhns) Webber of Lancaster, PA; aunts and uncles, Bruce Webber of McKeesport, Judy Ruder of Lancaster, Jeanne Orlando of Harrison City, Thomas (Lousia) Webber of Pottstown, PA, Wayne A. (Mary) Webber of West Elizabeth, Glenn (Marlene) Gilmore of North Huntingdon, Gary (Linda) Gilmore of Lincoln Borough, Cathy Gilmore of Greenock and Jodie Gilmore of Greenock; and many cousins, extended family and friends.
In addition to his father, Tank was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward and Ada Gilmore; aunt Mora (Webber) Kenders and uncle Glenn Webber.
Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday, July 7, 2016, from 6 p.m. until the time of service at 8 p.m., in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment will be in Richland Cemetery at a later date.
