Dale James Wright, age 73, of Coulters, died Friday, July 17, 2020 in UPMC McKeesport. He was born on June 18, 1947 in Guffey, PA and is the son of the late John and Chlora Tinney Wright.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Della Beitler; sons, Charles “C.J.” Wright of Coulters; Michael Wright of Greensburg; and Dale J. Wright, Jr. of Pgh.; daughter, Jaime (Brad) Pollak of Davenport, Florida; grandchildren, Shane, Dylan and Haley, and sister Darlene Stafford of Herminie. He was preceded in death by brothers, Jack, Glenn and Floyd Wright and sister, Doris McIntosh.
Dale was retired from Tom Clark Auto. He is a member of the Christ United Methodist Church, its’ dart ball team and the Happy Hearts Senior Club. He also was a supporting member of the Coulter Volunteer Fire Company.
Family gathered at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412 678 6177) and burial was in Coulter Cemetery. Due to the current pandemic, the family plans to hold a celebration of Dale’s life with family and friends at a later date.
