Joan (Sinal) Rodabaugh, age 56, of Clarksburg, WV, formerly of Elizabeth, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at WVU Medicine United Hospital Center. She was a former pharmacy technician. Born March 1, 1964 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Henry Sinal and the late Lottie Ann (Werner) Kerlin. She is survived by son, Joshua (Jessica) Rodabaugh of Port Vue; granddaughters, Bailee and Brianna; sister, Diann (Duane) Perhach of Forward Twp.; aunt, Karen Koontz of Monongahela; and companion, Jeremy Licata. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Adam Robinson. Friends will be received in the Paul E.
