Gayle R. Massie, age 79, of White Oak, died April 24, 2020, at home. Born May 25, 1940, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Seymour and Rachel (Heilman) Pierce and the former wife of Robert M. Massie of White Oak.

Gayle retired from the former Bob Massie Toyota of White Oak. She was a member of Sampson's Mills Presbyterian Church and the White Oak Eastern Star. She enjoyed shopping and dining out. Gayle's greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.
Gayle is survived by her daughter, Sherlynn Rusnak of North Huntingdon; grandchildren, Jason (Laura) Massie of  North Huntingdon, Heather Massie of  McKeesport, Derrick (Kristen) Rusnak of  Irwin, and Geoffrey (Lindsay Crowe) Rusnak of  North Huntingdon; great-grandchildren, Brennan, Aiden, Serena, Isabel, and Rachel; also nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Gayle was also preceded in death by her son, Robert E. Massie; daughter, Laurel Lynn Massie; significant other, Richard Rodman.
Private family arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory. A memorial service will be celebrated at a later date. Entombment took place in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
