Doris Ruth Patellis, age 88 of Elizabeth Twp. and formerly of Clairton, passed away at home on Thursday, March 5, 2020. Born October 18, 1931 in Clairton, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Margaret (Owens) Theobald. A graduate of Clairton High School and retired secretary with Landmark Trucking of Jefferson Hills, Doris was an active member of Pine Run United Methodist Church in Clairton. She is survived by her daughter Peggie (the late Joe) Mitchko of Elizabeth Twp., her granddaughter Renee (Brett) Mitchko Bennedetti of Jersey City, NJ, her sister Alberta (Ronal) Freiwald of Pleasant Hills, her nephew Eric (Kelli) Freiwald of Jefferson Hills, her niece Jerilyn (Steve) Simpson of Pittsburgh, her three great-nephews, and her great-niece.

Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, 4504 Walnut St., Versailles Borough, McKeesport, PA 15132 (412-678-3454) on Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 1 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 10 AM with Rev. Lota Jones officiating. Procession and burial will follow to Mt.
