Dorothy M. Bell, age 90, of North Huntingdon, formerly of McKeesport, died January 1, 2020, at UPMC McKeesport. Born March 15, 1929, she was the daughter of Frank and Mary (Kerlin) Hursich and the wife of the late Howell L. Bell.

Dorothy dedicated her life to caring for her family and home. She enjoyed watching old movies, cooking, baking pies, and trips to Lake Erie. Dorothy's greatest joy was caring for her great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Edward (Anne) of Coulters, David (Therese) of Scottdale, and Susan (Martin) Ware of North Huntingdon; granddaughters, Lauren (Christopher) Kilburg, Kristen (Zachary) Griffin, Lindsey (Stephen Pontius) Bell, Carly (Jake) Komarinski, and Amy (Justin) Noel; great-grandchildren, Derya, Grace, Calvin, Talan, Skylar, Annalise, Aubree, Asher, Kyler, Knox, Phoenix, and Stone; also many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Dorothy was also preceded in death by her brothers, John Hursick, Tom, and Ronald Hursich.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday, January 4, 2020, from 11 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 1 p.m., in the funeral home chapel.
Inurnment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery at a later date.
