Richard J. Luketic, age 68, of McKeesport, died December 3, 2019, at home. Born March 9, 1951, in Orlando, FL, he was the son of the late Stephen and Catherine (Kesser) Luketic

Richard retired from UPMC McKeesport Hospital, where he was an X-Ray Technician. He enjoyed making music with his guitar, reading and endlessly learning. Richard was a jack of all trades and was always willing to lend a hand where needed. His greatest joy was spending time with his boys.
Richard is survived by his sons, Emmett (Katie Baurnes) and Travis (Alyssa) both of McKeesport; grandson, Devin; siblings, Edward (Naleen) Luketic of McKeesport, Eugene (Margaret) Luketic of White Oak, and Kathleen (Kenneth) Hartos of Elizabeth Twp.; nieces and nephews, Andrea (Pete) Cartwright, Karissa (Jack) Hornak, Joshua (Jean McNeilis) Hartos, Bethany (Seth) Kowalski, Vincent (Amber) Luketic, Stephen Luketic, Deena Luketic, and Brendan Elder; also great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to his parents, Richard was also preceded in death by a sister, Virginia "Ginger" Luketic Elder.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 11 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 1 p.m., in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Charles Owston will officiate.
