Marlene Pichora, age 83, Port Vue, died January 22, 2019, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born March 16, 1935, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Semko) Kerekes and the wife of the late Andrew L. Pichora for over 39 years.

Marlene retired from the former Ames Department Store of McKeesport, where she was a cashier. She was a former member of the St. Mary's Russian Orthodox Church of McKeesport. Marlene had a passion for working crossword puzzles, bingo, playing solitaire and she truly loved reading. She is survived by her children, Andrew L. (Michelle) Pichora of Brentwood, Larissa (Frank) Okert of Liberty Borough, Tamara (Jeffrey) Ratay of McKeesport and Nadine (John) Kissell of Seaford, VA; grandchildren, Andrew L. (Josie) Pichora, III, Justin (Kristin) Pichora, Alexander (Cindy) Okert, Alena (Shane McShane) Okert, Cory Ratay, Derek Pichora and Isaac Kissell; great grandchildren, Andrew L., IV, Noah, Juliana and Penelope; also many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Marlene was also preceded in death by her brother, Earnest Kerekes. Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, January 25, 2019, from 1 to 3 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. A blessing service will be held on Saturday, at 10 a.m., in the funeral home chapel.  Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery.
