Robert E. "Bob" Delo, age 76 of Coulters, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 in John J. Kane Regional Center in McKeesport.  Born December 23, 1940 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Robert Ellis and Marilouise (McCormick) Delo.

The owner of Delo's Janitorial Service in Coulters and, in his early years, a manager of many local restaurant and hotel franchises, Bob was a member of St. Angela Merici Parish in White Oak.  He was a US Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the White Oak American Legion.  Bob was a self-taught techie, building and working on computers, and sharing that love with his grandsons.  He was also a diehard Steelers fan.  But most of all, Bob loved and cared about his grandsons as if they were his own children.  They will miss him most of all.  He is survived by his wife of 46 years Anne M. (Hutchison) Delo, his children Bobbi (Tim) Dansak of Liberty Borough and Robert Matthew (Lynn) Bishop of Rapid City, SD, his grandsons Robert Kyle Delo and Timothy Edward Dansak, his sister Denise Thomas of Duquesne, his stepbrother Brian Delo, and also nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother David Delo.  Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, 4504 Walnut St., Versailles Borough, McKeesport, PA 15132 (412-678-3454) on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 10 AM in St. Angela Merici Church with Fr. Kevin Dominik officiating.  Procession and burial with military honors will follow in Bigley Family Cemetery, Coulters.  www.bekavacfuneralhome.com
