Rachel Leah Carulli, 41, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at home. She was born March 25, 1974 in McKeesport. She is survived by her loving parents, Richard T. Carulli, Sr. and Mary Arabia Carulli , sister, Renee' (Shawn) Ank and brother, Richard T. (Jannette) Carulli, Jr., of Elizabeth Township, nephew, Matthew Ank, nieces, Sarah Ank, Addison Carulli, and Danniella Carulli, a uncle, aunts, and many cousins.

Rachel was an avid Guns N' Roses fan. Friends are welcome from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, Sunday, February 21 at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, February 22, at 10:00 AM with The Rev. Thomas Wagner, officiating. Interment will follow at the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Township.
