Palmer D. Braum, age 65, of Espyville, and formerly of Clairton, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at home. He was a retired butcher for Braum's in Clairton. He was an avid fisherman and a member of the Pymatuning Sportsman's Club and the American Legion in Linesville. 

Born November 9, 1951 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Regis L. and Norma J. (Ashton) Braum. He is survived by his son, P.J. (Faith) Braum of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Abigail Braum and Mylah Colebank; sisters, Karen Ann Calkins of Kansas City, MO, Denise Braum of West Warwick, RI, and Kelly (Patrick) Malone of Coal Center; brother, August K. Braum of Beverly, MA; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Regis L. Braum. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
