Richard A. Blair, of Greensburg, PA, passed away April 5, 2017.

He was born August 4, 1986 in Latrobe, PA, a son of Victoria L. Huff and the late Richard D. Blair, and his father Mike Huff.  He is survived by his very special stepdad, Larry F. Huff; by his side a wonderful girlfriend, Bobbi Pfeil; grandparents, Ann and Henry Popp and Ruth West; two brothers, Billy Joe Hill Jr. and Michael A. Huff Jr.; two sisters, Kristina M. Blair (Joe Hanscom) and Rogena Smith (Clarence).  He also had a very close to heart nephew Nicholas A. Hill and numerous nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Arrangements made by the James W.
