Kay Thomas Voll, age 86, of North Huntingdon, was called home February 21, 2017.  He was the beloved husband of Margaret "Peggy" Voll.

Kay was born January 31, 1931 in Penn Borough and was a 1950 graduate of Penn Township High School.  He was predeceased by parents, Adam and Florence Voll.  Kay was employed by and retired from Specialty Steel Products in Braddock, PA.  He was a member of Penn Zion Lutheran Church, and the Versailles AARP Chapter 2911.  Peggy and Kay served as tour directors for the AARP for eight years.  Kay was a former member of the Penn Rod and Gun Club in Penn Borough.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Theresa Schmidt and Florence Tuskan; brothers-in-law, Thomas Tuskan, Robert Schmidt and George "Bucky" Seath; niece, Shelia Swartz; and nephews Curtis Jennings and James Burke.  He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Peggy Voll; niece Pam Burke; brother-in-law William (Janet) Seath; sister-in-law Doris Seath; nieces Christine Jennings, Heather (Kevin) Kolesar; and nephews William (Annalee) Seath and William Swartz; great and great-grand nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received on Friday from 2-8 p.m. at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.  Interment in Brush Creek Cemetery.  www.shirleyfuneralhome.com.
