Richard T. “Homer” Nebinski, age 88, of West Mifflin, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at home. Born in Homestead on January 27, 1937, he was the son of the late Joseph and Josephine (McCloskey) Nebinski. He was a retired blast furnace foreman for U.S. Steel-Duquesne Works and a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish-former St. Hedwig Church. He proudly served his country in the Army. He loved to fish and was a member of PA Paylakers.

He was the husband of 61 years to the late Mary Catherine (Noll) Nebinski, who passed away on April 13, 2024. He is the father of Richard (Terri) Nebinski of Scottdale, PA, Robert Nebinksi of West Mifflin and Donna (Bobby Kolar) Kleist of West Mifflin; grandfather of Phillip (Meghan) Lepolt, Courtney (Shawn Hone) Kleist, Nicholas (Maria Dworek) Keist, and Jake Nebinski; great grandfather of Sage Michael Hone; and brother of the late Ronald (late Susan) Nebinski.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 2:00-7:00 p.m., at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENNEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 15110, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER AND ALLAN J. WEBER, FUNERAL DIRECTORS, where a Memorial Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., with Deacon Ron Demblowski, officiating.
