Danny Lee Miller, age 76 of Clairton, passed away at home on Thursday, August 14, 2025. Born December 7, 1948 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Clarence and Jennie (Stearns) Miller. A retired yard supervisor at Mon River Supply in West Elizabeth, Danny was a 1968 graduate of Clairton High School and a US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was also a life member, former president, and served ranks from 1st. Lieutenant to Chief with the Forward Twp. VFD. He was captain of the Fire/Police Organization and its treasurer, and he was active with the Junior Fire Coordinators, EMTs, a BSA/Webelos leader and assistant Scout Leader, and a union commissioner. Danny is survived by his daughter Ehrin (Bill) Miller Murray; his granddaughter Abigail Murray; his siblings Barbara (the late Alton) McCullough, Curtis S. (Adrianne) Miller, Ray R. Miller, Debbie Pazo, Susan (Ron) Vigliotti, and Patrick (Beth) Miller; and also numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Danny L. Miller, Jr. and his dogs CocaCola and McGee.

Friends will be received in the A.J. Bekavac Funeral Home, 555 5th. St., Clairton, PA 15025 (412-233-5700), on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 from 4 PM to 8 PM. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 10:30 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
