Susan N. Fary, 75, of Pittsburgh, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Kane Regional Center, Pittsburgh.

She was born December 19, 1940 in North Versailles, a daughter of the late Andrej and Suzanne Malik Novosedliak.  Prior to her retirement, Susan was a chemist for Park Davis Co. in Ann Arbor, MI  and DuPont Co.  in Wilmington DE.  She was a graduate of Wilmerding High School and earned her Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at the Villa Marie College, Erie, PA.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Fary; and brother Andrew Novosedliak. She is survived by her sister Irene Vozel; stepdaughter Elizabeth Parish; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA.  A funeral service will take place on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in St. John's Church, East McKeesport.  PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE CHURCH.  Interment in Grandview Cemetery, North Versailles.  www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
