Jayvon Turek Drake, Sr., age 27, of McKeesport was called home on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. He was born June 27, 1996 and is the son of Melika Drake and Gary Vasalech.

Jayvon was kind, caring, with a quiet demeanor and an affectionate smile. As a child he enjoyed sports and attended McKeesport High school. To friends he was known as Tootie aka Too Wopp. He was a devoted father who enjoyed spending time with his family & friends, playing cards and playing music. He always thought he was the flyest guy in the room , “ He was HIM”. Forever in our hearts he will truly be missed.

Also survived by grandmother: Tracey Johnson; Sister: Diamond Ball; Brother: Von Dre Drake; Sister: Justis Drake Smith; Sons : Jayvon Drake, Jr.; Son: Jayveon Drake; Son: Majour Bryce; Son: Sincere Drake.

Family and friends will gather at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177), on Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services at 4:00 p.m., ending at 5:00 p.m.
