Catherine A. Bratkowski, age 64, of Pittsburgh, PA, died on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. She was born in McKeesport, PA on December 31, 1958 and is the daughter of the late Walter V., Sr. and Agnes Gabrick Bratkowski. Catherine was a graduate of Serra Catholic High School, Chatham University and Robert Morris University. She was a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania and was employed as a tax accountant for many years.
She is survived by her brother, Walter V. (Maryellen) Bratkowski, Jr. of Pittsburgh, PA; nieces, Anne C. (John) Cassin of Richland, PA; Laura M. Bratkowski of Pittsburgh, PA; and grand-nieces, Ellie Cassin; Lily Cassin; and Maggie Cassin. Family and friends will gather on Monday, June 5, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Mary, Mother of God Parish, St. Angela Merici Church, 1640 Fawcett Avenue, White Oak, PA 15131.
