Karen M. Horvath, age 66, of Port Vue, died May 23, 2022, at UPMC McKeesport. Born October 3, 1955, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Emil E. and Ida E. (Coddington) Yesensky and the wife of the late Louis S. Horvath.

Karen enjoyed learning new things, being on her computer, and cooking vegetarian meals. In her younger years, she enjoyed gardening. Karen loved animals and her Chihuahua, Pablo. She was smart, quick-witted, always willing to help others, and loved spending time with family and friends.

Karen is survived by her daughter, Taylor (Tom) Cadonic; brother, Emil "Tim" Yesensky; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

David F. Kisan, age 58 of McKeesport, passed away at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.  Born September 15, 1963 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Stephen and Julia (Petach) Kisan.  A member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church in McKeesport and graduate of both Serra High School and Ohio Institute of Technology/DeVry in Columbus, OH, David worked as a technician for Mood Media and was also the owner and proprietor of Dave Does AV.  He most of all loved spending time with his children, had a deep appreciation and knowledge of music, and enjoyed motorcycling on his Harley.  David is survived by his wife of 33 years Terri (Skotnicki) Kisan; his children David (Danny Currier), Ethan, Kayla, Keyland, Maxwell, Mason, and Brison Kisan; his brothers Stephen A. (Barbara) Kisan of Cleveland, OH and Michael J. Kisan of Versailles; and also nieces and nephews.

Born in McKeesport on April 30, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Michael “Bricky” and Helen (Roman) Anastas. Amy was a registered nurse from UPMC Braddock and currently Select Speciality Care-McKeesport, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Nursing School with a BSN, and was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish-Holy Name Church, where she was a Eucharistic Minister. She is the beloved wife of Stephan A. Sabo for 45 years; mother of Abby DeRiggi of Penn Twp. and Adam Sabo of Penn Twp.; grandmother of Aiden DeRiggi, Sydney DeRiggi and Jacob DeRiggi; sister of Diane (David) Murray of Penn Twp. and Michael Anastas of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

She was the wife of the late Milton A. Neyman, Sr., who passed away in 1985. Elaine was a mother to all and also fostered two children. She enjoyed playing bingo, even though sometimes she had a love/hate relationship with the game. She also enjoyed needlepoint sewing, crossword puzzles and watching tv. Most of all, Elaine loved spending time with her family and her beloved grandchildren. Elaine did things her way and will be greatly missed by all.

He was born in Edina, Minnesota on October 4, 1961, to the late Jon J. and Mary Ann Rogne Salhus. Jon was the loving husband of 26 years to Kristen Majzer Salhus. He is survived by his wife Kristen as well as their daughter Ashley (Jon) Bouchard of Elizabeth Township and son Jonathan (Mariah Flores) Salhus Jr. of Glassport. Further survivors include sisters Kari Overby of Westfield, WI, Kirsten (Kevin) McKeever of Lakeville, MN, brother Nathan (Carrie) Salhus of Rosemount, MN, and sister Stefani (Allan) Breidenbach of Waunakee, WI. Additional survivors include his grandchildren Triston, Arionna, Jonathan, and Averie, as well as his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, dog Bailey, and cat Skye.

Struzinski Sr. and the late Rita Marie (Ryan) Struzinski. He was the husband of the late Bridgetta (Hanbury) Struzinski. Stanley was a member of Sts. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church in Elizabeth Township. He volunteered for the  US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was a Radio Operator and a Sharp Shooter serving mostly in Okinawa.

Robert "Tip" J. Wible, 73, of Port Vue, died May 24, 2022. He is the son of the late Henry and Anna (Demchak) Wible and beloved husband of Marianne (Derewonko) Wible. 

He is survived by his children Jamie (the late Dennis) Gribschaw, Robbie (Beth) Wible, Jennifer (Corey Anderson) Domanick Pasinski, Michael Wible and Thomas Wible; grandchildren Kevin, Breanna, Christina, Brian and Brooke; sisters Regina Thorne, Patricia Burns, Kathy Kiggins and Carol Dranko; also nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by sister Sarah Krajack and brothers Edward, Henry "Chick", James and Michael Wible. Tip was proud to call himself a "Glasputian" and to have been part of the last class to graduate from Glassport High School.  He went on to serve with the Army in Vietnam, where he was exposed to the Agent Orange, which eventually caused the many illnesses  that led to his death.

Margaret Anne "Peg" List, 75, of North Huntingdon, passed away Monday, May 23, 2022 at UPMC East, Monroeville.  She was born, December 13, 1946 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Iris (Stephanosian) Koribanic.  Peg was a wonderful and loving homemaker, worked part-time as a cashier for Kohl's and drove school bus for Norwin School District.  She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Irwin, a girl scout leader and active in the Norwin PTA.  She enjoyed crocheting, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandson, and keeping in touch with her family and friends through social media.

Shirley was a member of the White Oak American Legion #701 and was a part of the Women's Auxiliary Group. She worked many jobs in her life, but mainly as a Nurse's Aid for Kane Regional Center in McKeesport.

An avid coin collector, he was a member of the McKeesport Coin Club. Born July 6, 1943 in Lincoln Borough, he was a son of the late William J. Ludwick Sr. and the late Lillian (McCurry) Ludwick. He is survived by his aunt with whom he resided, Laura Jean Ludwick; sisters, Darla Stercula and Diane Jordan; also, cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Dennis Akerman. Friends will be received in the Paul E. She was born November 26, 1960 in Pittsburgh and was the daughter of the late Daniel and Sandra Ann (Shwartz) Czarniecki. She obtained a bachelor's degree and her CPA license and always enjoyed working as an accountant for Erie Homes for Children and Adults and then Gerlach's in Erie. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Sean and Amber Peters, grandchildren, William and Piper Peters; son, Nathan Peters, grandchildren, Ethan, Izzy, Logan, and Lincoln Peters; sisters, Jeanette Markle, and Janice Genes; brother, Jimmy Czarniecki, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jeffrey Czarniecki, who passed away November 24, 1982. Charles George "Pappy" Fulmer

Charles George "Pappy" Fulmer, loving husband and father of two, passed away peacefully at home in White Oak on Friday, May 20, 2022 at the age of 83. Charles was born on September 15, 1938 in White Oak and is the son of the late Charles and Grace (Farmer) Fulmer. He was a graduate of McKeesport Area High School and began his career as a manager of a Cash and Carry in Delmont before serving as a manager for the Potter-McCune Company. He moved on to drive bus routes for Penn Transit and at the Port Authority of Allegheny County. He retired after 30 years but stayed busy working at the Gilbert Funeral Home in Elizabeth Township and Jordan Funeral Home in White Oak where his larger than life personality comforted so many. He eloped with his childhood sweetheart, Janet Dodds on September 7, 1957 and raised two daughters, Debi and Pam. Charles had many passions in life. Above all, was spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through various ministries including a children's clown ministry which impacted many young hearts. He loved woodworking and built fine furniture for his family's homes. A constant learner, in his later years, he spent hours tinkering with computers and computer software. He spent hours riding his bike and taking long walks with his wife and grandchildren on the Great Allegheny Passage. His selflessness and love heart inspired everyone he encountered. His dedication to his wife Janet, of almost 64 years, was a guide to many couples that they counseled together at Bridge City Church.
