Carrie M. (Hilson) Raspet, 99, of North Huntingdon, died Friday December 9, 2016, at home. She was born November 3, 1917 in Connellsville, a daughter of the late Henry and Eliza (Filburn) Hilson and was also preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Raspet and sisters Anna Mae Stahl and Medea Behanna. She was a graduate of West Penn School of Nursing and worked as a private duty nurse for many years.

He was a retired tool and die maker for General Motors, Fisher Body Plant, West Mifflin, and a member of New Hope Presbyterian Church, North Huntingdon. Beside his parents he is survived by brothers and sisters, Sally (Matt) Smith of Parker, CO, Brian (Deirdre) Kamauf of North Huntingdon, First Sergeant, Jennifer Martin of Altus Air Force Base, OK, Terrence (Crystal) Kamauf, Houston, TX, Stephanie Evagues of McMinnville, TN and Rebecca Kamauf of Duquesne; grandson of Eleanor Duche of West Mifflin; boyfriend of Richelle Swyers of Dubois; also aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday from 12-8 p.m. at the MALOY - SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne (412) 466-3300. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, at Holy Name Church of Christ the Light of the World Parish at 11 a.m. Where military honors will be accorded.
