She was preceded in death by her siblings, John Horn, Marie Willard and Elsie Shively. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Monday, May 16, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday, May 17, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
